In this design studio, students imagined the Curley Community Center in the year 2100, once designLAB’s intervention has reached obsolescence and it is frequently inundated with water.

The project began with a conceptual study of an object through time, followed by a series of case studies focused on human relationships with water. While program and scale of intervention could vary project to project, the Curley Center must continue to serve as a resource to the greater Boston community.
