In collaboration with the Cross Cultural Collective (C3) for the 50 Fan Pier RFP, designLAB helped visualize an arts space that is a hub for black creatives rooted in the African diaspora, a space of equity and inclusiveness on the water's edge. The expression of the space was derived from traditional African spacial symbology while employing modern materials and techniques to accommodate flexible programming for the diverse programs offered.
